SESSION 2: SUPPORT ECOSYSTEM
Objective: To show the support ecosystem available for returned migrants in Guatemala and present concrete cases that exemplify the transition from an idea to a viable cooperative project.
In this session you will learn about the opportunities and support available for returned migrants in Guatemala who are seeking to start or strengthen economic initiatives. Through experiences and practical tools, we will explore how the cooperative model can become an alternative for generating income, leveraging skills, and building sustainable collective projects.
Additionally, a practical exercise will be presented that will allow reflection on how to transform a business idea into a cooperative initiative, identifying skills, resources, and market opportunities.
