Competitive profile matrix. •The Macro-environment international analysis: economic, political-legal, social, demographic, technological, environmental forces. External Factors Evaluation Matrix (MEFE). •The Micro-environment. Internal factors evaluation matrix (MEFI). Global teams and competitive advantage generation. Sustainability as competitive advantage. Creation of shared value and corporate sustainability

THE PROCESS OF ANALYSIS AND STRATEGIC FORMULATION.

You'll learn:

•The process of analysis and the choice of strategies. Analysis and application of the SWOT Matrix and the INTERNAL EXTERNAL Matrix for local and global companies. •Analysis and application of the BCG Matrix, SPACE Matrix and Grand Strategy Matrix. Application of the matrices in local and global companies.

STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATION.

• Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Case studies in international companies: Why do some companies succeed and others fail in selecting their strategies?

In most cases there are no restrictions, unless the course targets a specialized topic such as accounting, agriculture, trade, etc.

The course International Strategic Planning runs for 6 hours spread across 3 weeks.

The course material will be available for download in the Virtual Classroom. In addition, in the Platform Resources section you can access various reading, reference and application resources.

Certificates are only granted to those who have satisfactorily completed all the activities of the modules that make up the course.

Participants must complete the assigned activities, attend the scheduled sessions to resolve questions, engage in community discussions or forums, and follow the established rules of conduct.

The scheduled office hours are calendared spaces where instructors or tutors are available to answer questions, receive projects, provide follow-up, and offer additional information or new courses to scholarship recipients.
