Understand cooperative principles and values, identify market opportunities, conduct financial analyses, and develop marketing strategies.

The Business Plan serves so that Cooperatives have, in a detailed manner, the description of the main business; it helps identify the operational, administrative, financial, and technological capabilities and needs it faces for the production and commercialization of the product or service; and it allows defining the necessary commercial strategies to achieve operational and financial viability.

Provide general guidelines that allow cooperative participants to develop internal capacities in the management and operation of their business from an entrepreneurial perspective, so that this knowledge serves as a tool to efficiently manage the organization's resources and generate positive economic results.
