The course strengthens the technical capacities of INACOP personnel to guide, support, and verify the proper celebration of Ordinary General Assemblies of cooperatives.
Through practical cases and applied exercises, participants learn to review files, validate minutes and resolutions, provide preventive advisory to cooperatives, and apply uniformly the criteria established in the General Cooperative Law, its Regulations, and the Data Update Form. This ensures more effective, transparent advisory aligned with institutional requirements.
