We invite you to participate in this series of webinars where, alongside recognized experts, we will provide a framework of practical and motivational knowledge to understand Worker Cooperatives as a viable model for economic, social, and productive reintegration in Guatemala.
This series of three webinars will provide you with useful options to transform the learning obtained from the migration experience of returned Guatemalans into local opportunities for economic and social development, through three progressive sessions, where the fundamentals of the cooperative model will be explored, real examples of international experiences will be presented, and key guidance will be shared for taking the first steps.
This webinar series offers unique value by integrating:
A bridge between cooperative theory and Guatemalan reality:
Not only will the cooperative model be explained, but how it adapts to Guatemala's economic, social, and legal context, with emphasis on opportunities for returned persons.
A space that articulates different perspectives on return:
From state institutions and cooperation organizations to grassroots organizations and the returned persons themselves, generating a complete and practical vision.
